Mail Services Information for Students

Where is my mailbox?

Student mailboxes are located downstairs in the Campus Center. Access to the student mailroom is limited to Mail Services personnel only. Please do not ask the Campus Store staff for assistance. All questions regarding mail must go to Mail Services.

How do I send mail?

All mail is delivered Monday through Friday at 3:00pm. Campus mail can be placed in the proper mail slot located under the student boxes or in the student mail basket located in Mather at the Receptionist area for distribution to student boxes. Stamped out going mail can be placed in the proper slot and will be picked up Monday through Friday at 3:00pm. It can also be taken to Mather, near the reception area by 3:00pm. No mail services are available on Saturday or Sunday.

Where can I buy stamps and packing stuff?

Postage stamps and supplies for mailing letters and packages are available at the Campus Store, in the Mather mail room, or the U.S. Post Office in Marlboro. The counter at the Marlboro Post Office is open 9:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-4:30pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-11:30am on Saturday.

Where do I pick up my packages?

Any mail larger than letter-size (packages, etc.) can be picked up in Mail Services, which is located in the basement of Mather. You will be notified with a package slip in your mailbox, which you need to bring to claim your package. No articles or packages will be given to anyone other than the addressee and only Mail personnel will give out mail or packages.
